Dhe owners of this beautiful high-rise villa have accumulated a lot of experience in their lives in creating cozy vacation homes that literally offer everything for a perfect vacation. They bought this property in early 2022 and transformed it into what it is today. The property clearly has a typical Spanish character, composed of residential blocks that together give a fine living atmosphere.
Yaiza is located in the warm south of Lanzarote, which stands for wonderful temperatures and the most hours of sunshine on the island. The property is located in the PLAYA BLANCA area, so near some beautiful white beaches with many stores and terraces. In addition, Yaiza has been voted the most beautiful village in Spain on several occasions! The choice for this villa PANORAMICA is therefore the ideal mix of the quiet location in a beautiful and cozy village, (with terraces within walking distance) and nearby (15 minutes by car) the vacation crowds on the white beaches of the Playa Blanca area.
THE HOUSE SELF: The ground floor consists of the entrance hall, the spacious kitchen with full view of the pool, the staircase hall, the living room with comfortable sofas and TV setup, then left and right a large double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom. At the back of the house is the spacious bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs is the large master bedroom with its own master bathroom. This large bedroom has direct access to the PANORAMA terrace. Further upstairs is the second large bedroom, again with its own bathroom. The view from this bedroom is also amazing!
The front garden is impressively beautiful and spacious, the pool terrace is ideally southwest facing and the pool is 8 meters long and at heated to max 27 degrees.
Next to the house is another walled garden area containing an out-door table tennis. In that outdoor space is also the PLA CAVE in which the pool table, home bike trainer, sports weights and various other indoor games are offered. This room also has large TV SCREEN, a kitchenette with tall refrigerator, and a shower room with toilet.

This villa is a lovely family vacation home located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Vacationing here with a lot of noise until the late hours is definitely not an option here !

In addition, a good selection of restaurants for every Wills; you walk from the villa in 10 minutes to this center where you can terrace and eat in the evening!
Panoramica is just a 15-minute drive from the beautiful southern Playa Blanca, with its many white beaches; ideal for the whole family ! You will also find all kinds of restaurants, stores and bars along the promenade Playa Blanca and the streets running parallel to it, at the edge of the old town.
Your vacation rental is also close to Papagayo beaches, with white sand and crystal clear water washing against the rocks. The beautiful leisure port of Puerto Calero is also a 15-minute drive from the villa, and also possesses very many cozy terraces on the waterfront overlooking the harbor with its many boats; highly recommended to visit!
